Chad completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky and attended law school at the University of Dayton School of Law.  He is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  Chad focuses his practice in family law and bankruptcy.  Specifically, Chad is highly experienced in divorces, dissolutions, child custody and visitation, child support, and all juvenile matters.  Chad is also well versed in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law.

Chad fine tuned his family law experience and knowledge by volunteering at the Children’s Law Center in Covington, Kentucky and working as the Teen Court Hearing Officer for the Greene County Juvenile Court in Xenia, Ohio.  In 2007, Chad was selected to participate in a pilot program geared toward conflict management and mediation in the Dayton Public School Systems.  Chad is a skillful attorney capable of resolving all of your family law issues in an efficient and effective manner.
