Kathleen D. Mezher is the founding partner of Mezher Law and the driving force behind the firm’s growth and reputation. What began as a bankruptcy-focused practice quickly expanded as clients sought her guidance in personal injury litigation, estate and probate matters, real estate disputes, domestic cases, evictions, and complex civil litigation. Over the course of her career, Kathleen has discharged hundreds of millions of dollars in consumer and business debt through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. She is widely respected for her command of bankruptcy law and her ability to navigate complex financial situations with clarity and precision. Clients rely on her for straightforward advice, strategic planning, and steady leadership when facing financial distress.
In addition to bankruptcy, Kathleen has handled a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, including personal injury claims, contested probate cases, estate administration, real estate litigation, domestic matters, and landlord-tenant disputes.
