Mike’s ability to listen, quickly organize a focused plan, and execute it meticulously has gained him the trust of his clients. More often than not, Mike is at the center of advising and counseling his clients with their most strategic and financially driven decisions. Mike is very active in representing numerous clients with their estate planning, probate, and trust planning and administration matters with an emphasis on tax implications, gifting, private foundation and charitable organizations, legacy planning, family governance, and due diligence and analysis. Mike’s practice has also included representing, litigating, and securing compensation for families in wrongful death accidents and other serious injury accidents.
 
In addition, Mike advises real estate clients with their strategic acquisitions, sales, triple net leases, development opportunities, government relations, 1031 exchanges, zoning and land use, and contract negotiations in order to maximize value and optimize market opportunities.
 
Mike’s multidisciplinary skill set, and creativity have afforded him the opportunity to represent a local emerging health sciences start-up and become a member of the Sports Lawyers Association with an emphasis on representing amateur and professional athletes, coaches, athletic conferences, and athletic departments.
 
Mike is the oldest child to Managing Attorney Kathleen Mezher and considers himself extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with his family on daily basis in pursuit of success for the firm’s clients.
